Drew Card checked in with this report of fishing within 1.5 Day Range, "There is a boat yesterday that had 50+ Bluefin to go along with excellent Yellowtail fishing.
"We have 1.5 Day Trip scheduled, the first one is Wednesday night out of Fisherman's Landing. It leaves Wednesday night and returns Friday morning. Friday night another 1.5 Day Trip, that one is a definite go we already have enough people to go. It will be a light load unless we get more people to sign up. After that we have 1.5 Trips scheduled straight thru the rest of the month.

6-17-2012Hello Pacific Queen Anglers, The the offshore scene has taken off. Several boats over the weekend had excellent fishing 110 miles from home, well within 1.5 day range. Limit style fishing on kelp paddy Yellowtail was had by every boat in the zone with some Blue Fin Tuna mixed in. Tuna scores ranged from 3 to 15 a boat and weighed up to 30 lbs.
