Captain Justin Fleck called in tonight with an update from the Excel out of San Diego, CA. We are on the last long trip of our season. We have 22 anglers on our 16 day trip. We have been down here for a few days and we had a shot at some big fish but we were having really bad problems with sharks. However, today was a different day. Today we had good fishing. We ended up with 45 Wahoo and 46 Yellowfin Tuna. We caught 4 cows and lost a few. We are having good weather and good fishing. We will check back a bit later.

Yellowfin Tuna
Next up was Cathy Preis with a 202 pounder! The locals took a little bite out of the tail right at the boat. Way to get it done Cathy!
