Giant Humbolt Squid caught on the "Legend" out of Seaforth Landing in Mission Bay San Diego. The photo was taken Saturday February 13th. The angler was Ryan Burson from Laguna Niguel. The photo was taken by the cook on the "Legend" Vince De Palma.

2-14-2010Another awesome night of Squid fishing. The New Seaforth ended up with 450 giant squid and the Dolphin caught 184 squid. Squid trips depart daily at 4pm. I can feel spring in the air. Mark Oronoz called in with 50 plus yellowtail aboard the Pacific Voyager and Jodie Morgan aboard the Voyager is into the action also. The yellowtail are 18-30lbs apiece. Both boats are fishing the Colinett area. Squid fishing is as good as it gets.We have both the big rigs online tonight, so the loads will be comfortable. The New Seaforth offers a Mexican half day trip from 8am to 2pm as well...... Read More
