Update 9pm- The Pacific Voyager has called in from the first of a four day trip(fishing within one day range) with 146 yellowfin tuna.
The San Diego's three quarter day trip killed it today, catching 120 yellowfin tuna in the 18-25lb class. The Outer Limits also on a three quarter day trip is returning with 52 yellowfin tuna and the Alexes on a six pack charter with 6 anglers catching 31 yellowfin tuna.
If you plan on making a tuna trip make sure to bring a 20lb outfit and the smart angler would also bring a 50lb outfit. Don't forget fluorocarbon and an assortment of hooks from a #2 to a 5/0.
