Aaron Morrison caught and released a 6 lb. 5 oz. Bass from lake 4 on an Ika. (pictured on left).
Ben Cravey from Santee caught his limit of Catfish out of lake 3 on mackerel and nightcrawlers. (pictured on right).
The water temp. has lowered and is hovering around 70 degrees. The Bass and Bluegill bite has slowed a bit.
All 7 Lakes were stocked with Catfish for the Stockzilla Event in October and some hold overs are biting. Tagged Catfish remain swimming in the Lakes worth CASH and Prizes!
Bring your tagged fish to the Park Office to claim your prize. The Trout Opener is this upcoming weekend. Gates open at 6:00 am. The Lion’s Club will have donuts and coffee for donations.
