CATFISH

The bite this weekend was best during the morning hours and picked up again in the late afternoon. Catfish are biting on mackerel and Bite on’s Mack Baits. Half Moon Cove and Siesta Cove were the top producing locations. 1,000 lbs. of catfish will be stocked this week!

BASS

Anglers were catching bass along the campground shoreline and in Siesta Cove on drop shot.

The winners of the Spring Photo Contest have been announced! Congratulations to Robert Rosenbaum for placing 1st in the adult division with “Eye to Eye” and to Mary Tran who won the youth division with “Duck.”

CATCHES OF THE WEEK

Alan Empleo reeled in this nice catfish from the shoreline of Half Moon Cove! Kevin Rojas fished the campground shoreline on Saturday and reeled in 4 bluegill and 1 bass. Frankie Ortiz caught a couple bass and this 3.5 lbs. catfish on Saturday!
