WEEK ENDING:        7/2/2017                                WATER TEMPERATURE:           81

The bass bite has been steady on drop shot, and texas rigged worms all over the lake.early morning hours has been producing some top water action, with flukes and spooks being the top bait choices. Bluegill and red ear still coming in from the southern shoreline on nightcrawlers, and red worms fished under a bobber in 10 to 15 opf water. Catfish action has been slow, with only one 20lb. blue caught and released by Tom Minga of El Cajon. Minga was fly lining cut mackerel in the Kimball arm.

The Bass fishing has been good with fish up to 2 pounds.

The Bluegill has been good with fish up to 1/2 pounds.

The Redear has been fair with fish up to 1 pounds.

WEEK ENDING:   6/25/2017                                            WATER TEMPERATURE:   80 The bass bite has been steady on main lake areas on Texas rigs, and drop shotted robo worms fished in 25' of water in main lake areas. There has been some opportunities for top water action in the early morning hours, but these fish have been in open water chasing bass fry, and are difficult to catch.
