The New Lo-An returned from their 2.75 trip this morning with an excellent catch of Bluefin Tuna. Total count for the trip was 68 Bluefin Tuna including 22 fish in the 175 to 275# range, 24 fish from 40 to 100# and 22 fish from 18-22#. The New Lo-An still has space available for their 2.75 day trips leaving 14th, 19th, and 26 of November, but they're going fast!


 

Upcoming trips from PLSF:
 

Departing on Friday 11/9/18:

The Chief has a limited load 2¾ day trip scheduled to depart at noon. Ticket price is $795.00 and includes your meals and bunk. Fishing license(s) are additional. Limited to 22 passengers. This trip will be targeting Bluefin Tuna, so please make sure to bring an 80# or 100# outfit. This trip is a DEFINITE GO. Only 5 passengers signed up at this time.

The Dominator has a 1½ day trip departing at 8pm. Ticket price is $420.00 and includes your meals, bunk and Mexican fishing permit. This trip will be fishing for Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail, Dorado and Skip Jack Tuna.


 

Lobster Hoop Netting Trip:

The Josie Lynn is running lobster trips Wednesday through Saturday. Trips depart at 5:30pm and return at 11:00 pm. Ticket price is $100.00 per person and includes two hoop nets. A valid California fishing license and lobster report card is required for all passengers. Trips are limited to 5 passengers.

Upcoming 1/2 day & Full Day Trips:

The 1/2 day boat Daily Double departs at 8:30 am for fishing at the local kelp beds and other hot spots. Ticket price is $50 for adults, $40 for seniors or active duty military and $35 for juniors. Return time is around 2:30 pm. A California fishing license will be additional. No passport required for this trip.

The Mission Belle is scheduled daily for full day trip to the Coronado Islands. This trip will be targeting Yellowtail, Bonito, Bass and Rockfish. A valid passport or passport card is required for all passengers going on the trip. Ticket price includes your Mexican fishing license, tourist visa and biosphere bracelet.

Captain Steve P. on the Mission Belle called in with 49 Yellowtail in the 10 to 20lb range. They also had 10 Bonito and 65 Rockfish to go along with that.
