Captain Tony on the Mission Belle called in with 53 Yellowtail and 4 Bonito for their Full Day trip down to the Coronado Islands.

Captain Adam aboard the New Lo-An called in with 7 Bluefin Tuna in the 60-100 pound range and still on the hunt for more. Current recommended tackle is 50 Lb 2 speed flouro set up with size 1 or 2 circle hooks.

Captain James aboard the Sauerfish called in with LIMITS of Yellowtail for their private Overnight trip.

Captain Mike on the Josie Lynn callled in with LIMITS of Yellowtail for their private Overnight trip.

The Point Loma called in with 10 Rockfish, 1 Sculpin and 8 Sand Bass(21 released) for their AM 1/2 Day trip.  

 

Departing Tonight:

 

The New Lo-An departs at 9:00 pm for a 1.5 day trip looking for Bluefin and Yellowtail.  Ticket price is $390 and includes you Mexican permit and bunk.


Upcoming Local Trips:

The 1/2 day boat Point Loma departs at 8:30 am for fishing at the local kelp beds and other hot spots. Ticket price is $52 for adults, $42 for seniors or active duty military and $37 for juniors. A California fishing license is additional. The Point Loma is now offering two trips a day 7 days a week. Departure times are at 8:30 am and at 3:00 pm. 

The Mission Belle has Full Day Coronado Islands trips scheduled every day. These trips will be fishing for Yellowtail, Bass, Rockfish and other local species. Ticket price is $155 and includes your Mexican fishing license. A VALID PASSPORT OR PASSPORT CARD ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS TRIP.

Effective June 26, 2019 Point Loma Sportfishing has maked some changes to the way we process payments. A small processing fee (3.5%) will be applied to all credit card transactions.
