Captain Jeff Spafford checked in with an audio wrap up from the Tomahawk out of Fisherman’s Landing in San Diego, CA out on a 2.5 day charter.

On day 1 we finished with 93 Yellowtail in the 15-25 pound range, 1 Yellowfin Tuna and 2 Dorado. Day 2 we fished San Clemente Island area and hooked 1 Bluefin during the day. It was a 3 hour battle for a 150 pound Bluefin. Into the evening bite we had 6 blowouts but managed to keep fishing and landed a 80 pound Bluefin Tuna.

We ended the charter with 93 Yellowtail, 2 Dorado, 1 Yellowfin Tuna and 2 Bluefin Tuna up to 150 pounds.
