Most of the bass are moving a bit deeper now, and are scatted in 40’ to 60’ of water making for tougher than usual conditions. Drop shooting has been the most effective technique, with Texas rigs and jigs working for some as well. Panfish and Catfish went unreported last week.

Look fro these fish around main lake points, and keep the baits as small as possible. If that doesn’t work you fo ry, then your favorite finesse technique fished in 35’ to 45’ of water will produce.
