Captain Brice called in from the Tomahawk out of Fishermans Landing in San Diego CA.

We just got back this morning from a 1.5 Day trip and we finished up with 27 Bluefin Tuna up to 50 pounds and 21 Yellowtail that ranged from 12 to 20 pounds.  The Yellowtail were caught off the kelps.

The key to the Bluefin right now is light line, 20 pound fluorocarbon 25 and 30 with a very small circle hooks. So make sure you got a good variety of hooks and a spectrum of fluorocarbon.
