The bass bite has picked up the past couple of weeks with a lot of angers catching them on plastics worms, brush hogs, and craws. Many 3-4 lb. bass are being caught on the Del Dios side of the lake in the tullies. Crappie are being caught towards the handicap dock as well as the boat ramp area. Bluegill and tilapia are being caught often around the docks and boat ramp on live worms. Catfish are biting near the dam area and along the Del Dios shoreline. Bow fisherman are shooting carp in large numbers around the narrows and towards the freeway area.
