Captain Jeff Walker checked in from the Tomahawk out of Fishermans Landing in San Diego CA.

We are out here on Day 1 of a 2.5 Day trip. We are sticking to the big Bluefin fishing. We had our opportunities today, but it seems like the fish are moving around some today. We had some heart breakers on some major size tuna. We do have 6 on the boat from 130 to 290 pounds. We hooked a few that were very large but unfortunately broke our tackle. We are transitioning into flat fall mode for the evening. Seeing a good sign, hoping to get some bites here soon.

We are gonna work it all night long and be back at it tomorrow.
