The bass bite is starting to heat up here, as the fish being to move up and back. There are still largemouth down to 40’, and it seems the better fish have been on secondary points. Up shallow its been mostly buck in the 1-2 pound range. Drop shot and Texas rig have been getting the deeper fish, and fly-lined plastics and light jigs have been producing for the bass up on the bank. No catfish action was reported, the same for panfish.
