Greetings from Lake Murray in La Mesa, CA. Its been a tricky bass bite of late. They are being caught in both the deeps and close into the tullies. Lots of luck with the Robo worms as well as the Yamamoto green. Load that up with the drop shot and drag it slowly across the bottom for the best results. The bluegill bite is still decent with the smaller meal and wax worms being best. It looks like rain this week so bring your gear and be prepared.

Welcome to Lake Murray in La Mesa,CA. The bass are starting to move into shallow water and are being spotted from shore in 20 feet of water and lass. They are biting on slow moving swimbaits as well as the drop shot rig with the drop shot rig and either senkos or robo worms. Greetings from Lake Murray in La Mesa, CA. There has been a good trout bite of late. Most have been after the power bait and marshmallows with the bright colors. The bass bite is average but still happening. We have seen a range of 2 to 4 pounds. The drop shot and slow dragging a Texas rig with green pumpkin seniors and MM11’s.
