Fishing has been pretty good out here the past few weeks with all species being caught. The weather although hot has been producing fish. The crappie are biting on shunners that are available at the bait shop. Bass are biting on swimbait and both live and plastic worms. The margarita mutalator and are still producing plenty. San Carlos coves in the far back has been good as well as the front bay near the entrance. Good luck out there.

Fishing has been the best of the year at all city lakes. The bass are biting on just about everything. All plastics and live worms working great. Swimbait are also reported working well. The tullies in the coves on the north side of the lake have been good. Bluegill are biting on the small meal worms or small pieces of nightcrawlers. Hello from Lake Miramar in Scripps Ranch. I can report great fishing this weekend. The bass bite has been the best of the year with mostly 2 pounders being reported. All works both live and plastic have bene working well. Natalies dock and the bullies in the back coved report numerous catches as well.
