  • Trout Season Opener: Trout season will open Friday, November 19th. The first trout stocking of the season is the week of November 15th. A total of 2000 lbs. will be stocked for the opener. We will stock bi-weekly for a total of 20,000 lbs. this season! For a complete stocking schedule, click HERE. This years stock will be coming from Wright's Rainbows in Idaho.
  • What's the catch? Night fishing was prolific last weekend for catfish! They were biting from the shoreline in Hermit and Siesta Coves as well as near the old boat launch. Nightcrawlers and mackerel were reeling them in. The t-dock yielded bass and panfish this weekend. Meal worms and nightcrawlers worked for the Bluegill. The bait shop is stocked for trout season. Pick up some powerbait, mini jigs, attractant, and more to make the best of trout opener! Don't forget to send us pics of your catch!   • New Lake Hours: We are implementing our fall hours going forward. Please be advised that the lake hours are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Don't worry! Night fishing will still be offered once a month with the new moon.
  • Thanksgiving Day: The lake will be open for fishing, boating, hiking, picnicking, and more on Thanksgiving Day from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Work up an appetite before you carve the bird or forego the turkey all together and catch your meal at Lake Jennings! Trout goes with stuffing right?
