It was a very slow week for fishing. Water temperature is dropping rapidly and if you are looking for bass you ahem to get away from the shore plastics including Yamamoto senkos were reported working best this week. Catfish are also deep being caught on shrimp as well as mackerel. Bluegill are hitting small pieces of worms.

Miramar LakeIt was a wet week here and a tough week for anglers. The trout bite about average was nothing bigger than 1 pound being reported. Blown up night crawlers and cheese bait working best. Miramar LakeBe on the look out for the next trout plant out here at Miramar. We are still seeing good results from the last plant. They are biting on all colors of powerbait. Try blowing up night crawlers and using spoons and mice tails. Bass fishing has slowed down as of late. Bluegill bite is just ok. Catfish are hitting mackerel dropped to the bottom.
