Lake Poway Hours: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Lake Poway stocked 1,500 lbs. of rainbow trout on March 2nd and on March 10th.  The trout bite has been strong along the shoreline from the Fishing Pier to Hidden Bay.  Many limits were pulled out throughout the week and into the weekend.  The bass bite has also been good this past couple of weeks.   The next trout stock will be March 24th. The best baits this season have been dough baits and mini-jigs.    

When you stop by concessions to buy your permit ask about the best spots and baits. They have up to the minute information.
