The boats are seeing bigger Bluefin up to 200#. Make sure you bring your heavy gear. If you don't have heavy gear make sure you rent it here at Fisherman's Landing (Fisherman's Landing boats only).

Tackle recommendations
25 pound outfit for Yellowtail fishing
40 to 60 pound outfit for day time fishing with smaller size jigs. 80 to 150 grams jigs 
80 to 100 pound outfits for night time fishing with medium to larger 200 to 500 grams jigs.

The half day fishing has picked up quite of bit with water tempatures above 66 degrees today. There was great Calico Bass fishing with sign of local Yellowtail!

The Dolphin 1/2 Day AM caught 50 Rockfish, 8 Sculpin, 5 Calico Bass, 1 Halibut, 1 Sheephead, 1 Lingcod for 49 anglers. 

The Dolphin 1/2 Day PM caught 75 Calico Bass Released, 21 Calico Bass, 15 Sheephead, 6 Rockfish for 32 anglers. 

The Condor returned this morning with 40 Bluefin Tuna (up to 200#) and 57 Yellowtail for their 24 anglers on a 3 day trip.

The Pegasus just called in with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna. Thirty-three of the fish were 30-50 pounds, and 5 fish from 90-170#. 

The Islander returned this morning with 31 Bluefin Tuna (15 are 90-200 lbs) (16 are 25-50 lbs) for their 26 anglers for a 2.5 trip

The Outrider returned this morning with LIMITS of Bluefin Tunas with 21 up to 180 lbs for their 9 anglers

The Fortune returned this morning with with (LIMITS) 64 BFT in that 75 to 240 lbs range for 16 anglers. On their 2.5 day trip.

The Pacific Queen returned this morning with with LIMITIS of Bluefin Tuna (144) and 20 of them are 90 to 170 pounds for their 24 anglers on a 3 day trip.
