Offshore Updates
The Polaris Supreme just called in from their 2 Day with 40 Bluefin from 25-50lbs. Captain Aliyar reported that most of the fish were caught on 30# and flyline sardines. It's been fun daytime action. They had fish hanging at the time of report so check back for more updates.
Returning Trips
The Tribute returned from a 1.5 Day this morning with 21 Bluefin up to 180lbs. They still have a few spots open on their 1.5 Day departing tonight so grab a spot while you still can!
Local Updates
The San Diego wrapped up their Full Day yesterday with 46 Bluefin for their 34 anglers. The fish were in the 30-100lb range. Captain Matt reported that the sinker rig and jigs were the most productive, however they did have some opportunities on the flyline sardines as well.
The New Seaforth had another fantastic day of Calico Bass fishing yesterday. The morning trip finished up with 65 legal Bass for 31 anglers and the afternoon trip caught 110 Calico Bass for 23 anglers! The inshore conditions are prime right now, so get out there and fish!
