16 anglers: 59 Yellowtail, 2 Bonito. Definite go tomorrow morning at 5:30am with a light load! Weekend starting to fill, grab your spots while you can! We will be fishing offshore trips all through Memorial Day weekend and beyond!
Tackle recommendations:
1. 30-40 pound flyline setup with size 1 and 2 circle hooks and fluorocarbon for Bluefin and 2/0 j-hooks for yellowtail.
2. 50-60 pound setup for fishing sinker rigs and SK jigs. 6 to 8 ounce torpedo sinkers. Also a good idea to bring some Daiwa Zakana jigs or other shiny dart style jigs in the 100 to 150 gram size.
3. Big Bluefin: 60-100lb outfit with a two speed reel to fish the sinker rig and 180-300 gram knife jigs. Not mandatory but you’ll wish you had it if the jumbos decide to play.
Trips will be departing seven days a week at 5:30am from H&M Landing.
Passports are NOT required. No fuel surcharges at this time. Free bunks, available for all, please bring your own bedding.
For booking please call 619-222-1144 or logon to grandesportfishing.com
Plenty of room for walk-ups as well, but make sure you show up well before 5:30AM.
If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 222-1144 to get in on the action.
