Friday Returning Trips

• Update 1:30 PM: The Tribute checked in from their 1.5 Day trip is up to 3 Bluefin and 17 Yellowtail.

• The Pacifica returned from their 1.5 Day trip with 19 bluefin tuna. Four of them were in the 80 pound range, with the rest in the 25 pound range.
• The Polaris Supreme finished their Two Day trip with 20 bluefin tuna. They had four fish in the 100 to 150 pound range.

Thursday Reports

• Update 6:30 PM: The Pacifica is up to 18 Bluefin for their 1.5 Day trip. 4 are weighing in around 80 pounds and the rest around 25 pounds. The Pacifica has a 2 Day trip departing Monday with plenty of space and a 1.5 Day departing Wednesday night with 2 spots left. Be sure to take a look at the calendar and grab your spot!

• The San Diego ended their Full Day with 10 Bluefin tuna for their 33 anglers. Three of their fish weighed in over 100 pounds. We are still recommending being prepared with a 30-40# flyline outfit and an 80-100# jig/sinker rig outfit.

• The Polaris Supreme reported in earlier this afternoon from their 2 Day trip with 20 Bluefin tuna. Most are in the 20-80 pound range but they do have 7 weighing between 100-150 pounds. Captain Aliyar mentioned that 250-350g jigs and 40# flyline were working best and there are very good signs but the fish are being hard to work with.
