The New Lo-An called in from their 2 day trip with 40+ Bluefin on deck for their 21 anglers!

Yesterday's Trips

Daily Double • 1/2 Day AM • 25 ANGLERS • 41 Calico Bass, 11 Rockfish, 4 Sheephead, 3 Sculpin (will run for tomorrow morning)

Mission Belle • Full Day • 12 ANGLERS • 24 Dorado, 3 Yellowfin Tuna, 2 Yellowtail (will run for Thursday)

New Lo-An • 1.5 Day • 25 ANGLERS • 17 Bluefin Tuna, 8 Sheephead, 4 Yellowtail, 1 Lingcod 

Point Loma • 1/2 Day AM • 18 ANGLERS • 47 Calico Bass Released, 24 Calico Bass, 7 Rockfish, 2 Barred Sand Bass, 1 White Seabass (up to 20 pounds) 

Primetime • 1.5 Day • 6 ANGLERS • 60 Dorado 

T-Bird • 1.5 Day • 17 ANGLERS • 34 Dorado

Recommended tackle for any of these trips would include a 30# live bait rod, 50# bait/jig rod and a heavy outfit with 80# or 100# for sinker rigs / knife jigs.


 
Local trips:

The Daily Double offers ½ day trip departing every day at 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM. They have been fishing in the local kelp beds for bass, Barracuda and Rockfish. Call our office at (619) 223-1627 to book your reservation. (Schedule)
 
The Mission Belle has full day trips scheduled to fish offshore for Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail and Dorado. Trips depart at 6:00 AM. NO PASSPORT required for this trip. (Schedule)





FISH PROCESSING RESERVATIONS 
If you're planning on taking a trip with us this season, we encourage you to set up an appointment with one of the 3 fish processors working with Point Loma Sportfishing. If you do not have an advance reservation, there is a strong chance the processors will be unable to process your fish when you return to the dock.
