Saturday Afternoon Update:


The Daily Double caught 41 Sand Bass, 6 Calico Bass, 11 Sheephead, 10 Rockfish, 5 Sculpin, and one Halibut on their AM 1/2-Day trip.


The T-Bird caught 56 Dorado, 8 Yellowfin Tuna, and 5 Bluefin Tuna on their Overnight trip with 28 anglers.


The Mission Belle caught 30 Yellowfin Tuna and 26 Dorado on their Full Day Charter with 13 anglers





The T-Bird just confirmed next Saturday's over night trip departing 9-9-23 at 7pm is a WILL RUN FOR SURE! Trip price is $340 and includes the mexican permit. (BOOK HERE)

Recommended tackle for any of these trips would include a 30# live bait rod, 50# bait/jig rod and a heavy outfit with 80# or 100# for sinker rigs / knife jigs.


 
Local trips:

The Daily Double offers ½ day trip departing every day at 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM. They have been fishing in the local kelp beds for bass, Barracuda and Rockfish. Call our office at (619) 223-1627 to book your reservation. (Schedule)
 
The Mission Belle has full day trips scheduled to fish offshore for Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail and Dorado. Trips depart at 6:00 AM. NO PASSPORT required for this trip. (Schedule)





FISH PROCESSING RESERVATIONS 
If you're planning on taking a trip with us this season, we encourage you to set up an appointment with one of the 3 fish processors working with Point Loma Sportfishing. If you do not have an advance reservation, there is a strong chance the processors will be unable to process your fish when you return to the dock.
