The New Lo-An returned from a 3 day trip with 58 Bluefin Tuna (44 are 130-202 lbs) for 17 anglers.

Upcoming trips

The Point Loma just added a full day offshore trip for 9/29. Trip price is $240 and includes the mexican permit. The boat departs at 6 am and returns at 6pm (arrival time could be later). Please arrive at least 1 hour before departure. No passport or passport card needed. (BOOK HERE)

Recommended tackle for any of these trips would include a 30# live bait rod, 50# bait/jig rod and a heavy outfit with 80# or 100# for sinker rigs / knife jigs.

Local Trips:

The Daily Double offers ½ day trips departing every day at 8:30 AM. They have been fishing in the local kelp beds for Bass, Barracuda and Rockfish. Call our office at (619) 223-1627 to book your reservation. (Schedule)

FISH PROCESSING RESERVATIONS 
If you're planning on taking a trip with us this season, we encourage you to set up an appointment with one of the 3 fish processors working with Point Loma Sportfishing. If you do not have an advance reservation, there is a strong chance the processors will be unable to process your fish when you return to the dock.
