The New Lo-An just called in from the water on a 2 day trip with 60+ Yellowfin Tuna (25-45 lbs)

Recommended tackle for any of these trips would include a 30# live bait rod, 50# bait/jig rod and a heavy outfit with 80# or 100# for sinker rigs / knife jigs.
Local Trips:
The Daily Double offers ½ day trips departing every day at 8:30 AM. They have been fishing in the local kelp beds for Bass, Barracuda and Rockfish. Call our office at (619) 223-1627 to book your reservation. (Schedule)
The Mission Belle has full day trips scheduled to fish offshore for Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail and Dorado. Trips depart at 6:00 AM. NO PASSPORT required for this trip. (Schedule)
FISH PROCESSING RESERVATIONS
If you're planning on taking a trip with us this season, we encourage you to set up an appointment with one of the 3 fish processors working with Point Loma Sportfishing. If you do not have an advance reservation, there is a strong chance the processors will be unable to process your fish when you return to the dock.
