Bill Cavanaugh called back in with an update on the Pacific Horizon trip that went out of Patriot Sportfishing last night. They have confirmed 63 Albacore for 8 crew members as of 11 am with still some more time to fish.

9-13-2010Bill Cavanaugh called in with an update from Patriots Sportfishing on their boat the Pacific Horizon. Last night the Pacific Horizon went out with 8 crew members to check out the Albacore and by 8:30 am this morning they had 30 Albacore already on the boat. They have bad radio reception up there but the landing manager at Patriots has reason to believe that as of an hour ago they had up to 80 Albacore on board!!! ...... Read More

Captains Bill Cavanaugh and Drew Card will be taking the Pacific Queen up to Avilia Beach this week for trips this fall through December. They will be operating out of Patriot Sportfishing. They have a very good 5 day weather report and all is looking well for the move. They have heard from the Pacific Horizon that boats are coming in with 15-20 Albacore Tuna on board.
