The Panfish bite was good at Otay Reservoir & the san Diego Bass Club Tournament was a success

On June 6th, Bluegill, Crappie and Largemouth bite was all good. The Catfish bite seemed to be picking up.

On June 9th the Bass Club of San Diego held their tournament at Otay Reservoir. There were 14 boats and 27 Anglers. The largest bass caught was 5.32 lbs.. The highest total 3 fish stringer was 14.38 lbs. A total of 28 fish were weighed in, the average weight was 3.29 lbs.

On June 10th the Bluegill were still biting in Harvey's Arm. The Crappie bite was good and several Catfish were caught in the 8 to 10 lb. range at the Rock Pile and in front of the Rowing pier on nightcrawlers and mackerel. The Bass bite was slow on sunday
