With an abundance of live squid, the fishing could not be any better.
Quality, delicious rockfish dominate the counts, and provide our anglers with hours of fun.
The Ranger 85 just returned from our annual 3 Day Trip, and while big game was on our agenda, conditions held us back.
Our 22 anglers however managed a catch of over 1100 combined fish for the trip, and all had a great time.
We have but just 2 remaining open party trips before the Ranger 85 wraps up the 2013 season.
Departing Saturday, November 9, at 10 pm and returning Sunday evening between 6 and 8 pm.
This is an outer island 1 Day Trip and will likely target rockfish and shallow water species such as sheephead, lingcod and more.
Our final 2 Day Trip of the year is sponsored by non-other than Canyon Reels, maker of quality Single and 2 Speed reels featured on Wicked Tuna and used by anglers worldwide. There will be plenty of give-a- ways for all on-board.
This trip will likely fish legendary San Miguel Island, Santa Rosa and or San Nicolas.
We are sure to produce, so don't miss your opportunity to score big.
The Coral Sea is back and running a mixed schedule of both local and outer island trips.
The weekends ahead will find Capt. Alex and his crew departing at 5 am fishing local islands Anacapa and Santa Cruz.
11/9 5am, 11/10 5am, 11/16 5am and 11/17 5am
Then, on Friday, December 7, the Coral Sea will depart at 10pm for an outer island overnight trip.
You can reserve your spot on any of the above trips by clicking direct on the link or by contacting our reservation staff @ 805 382 1612.
We thank all of you who have fished with us this year, and look forward to seeing you on one of these trips before years end.
Till then,
Capt. Frank
