Good news from the Coronado islands. The Wind is down and the fish are up! The SAN DIEGO's 3/4 day trip is at 20 plus on the Yellowtail with time to spare. Stay tuned.

5-19-2014Captain Mark Oronoz has called in on the second day of a three day trip with 12 yellowfin tuna and limit style fishing on the 12-20lb yellowtail. The Eclipse returned last night with 15 bluefin tuna and 12 yellowfin tuna for their efforts on a two day trip. Both the San Diego and New Seaforth are looking at large schools of nice grade yellowtail on the three quarter and half day trips. ...... Read More

Saturday May 17th, 2014 2pm Jodie Morgan's Apollo has caught a Yellowfin Tuna well within 1.5 day range. The "football" sized fish was caught trolling on a school of dolphin, a traditional place to find them in the summer but quite a find for mid May!
