The New Seaforth returned from a morning half day trip catching 16 yellowtail and the afternoon half day returned with 94 yellowtail in the 15-30lb range. The majority of the yellowtail are being caught on the full sized yo yo iron.
The day and a half trips fishing the Cortez bank are catching a nice mixture of bluefin tuna, yellowtail and bonito. The tuna are light line fish with 15-20lb flourocarbon and a 1-1/0 hook being the ticket for getting a bite.

2-8-2015The New Seaforths morning half day trip returned with 49 yellowtail in the 15-30lb range. The majority of the fish are being caught on the full sized yo yo iron and a few on the dropper loop sardines on 40lb mono.
