4:00 p.m. Thursday: The Tribute is up to 9 Bluefin and 67 Yellowtail so far with a few more Bluefin hooked. The Pacific Voyager, on a Baja coast 3/4 day charter, caught 29 Yellowtail for 18 anglers. The San Diego's 3/4 day trip had 54 Yellowtail for 40 anglers. Yo-yo jig fishing remains your best bet. 3/4 day trips depart daily at 5:30 a.m. 1/2 day fishing trips depart daily at 6:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Fishing has been steady for a variety of bottomfish.
