Bass fishing has been slowly improving over the past week, as more, and more largemouth are moving into shallow water. Overall, the bass are still scattered down to 40' of water. The deep fish have been taking finesse baits such as drop shot, ned rig, etc. The shallow fish have biting fly-lined plastics, and small swim baits. Local angler Weston Berry received big fish honors with a 7.6 largie on a senko. Both panfish, and catfish went unreported to the concession last week.
