The bass bite is going strong here, as many anglers reported double digit numbers for their efforts. The drop shot action really picked up by the end of the week, with most fish coming out of 10' to 15' of water Rip baits, small swim baits and senkos were also productive baits this past week. There has been a few of the lakes trophy size bluegills are beginning to show around areas with large, submerged boulders in 20' to 25' in the water column. Lake regular Andre Carrol of San Diego had about half a dozen quality 'gills to 2.5 lbs. on night crawlers. Catfish were absent form the counts.
