There’s a good reaction bite in the mud lines as of late, with rip baits, a-rigs, flukes and small swimbaits all working for bass in the 1 to 3 pound range. Drop shooting has also been working well in the 20’ to 30’ of water. The lakes bluegill and red ear population are still biting well drop shotted meal worms or crawlers. The backs of coves, and areas with large boulders have been the best locations for the panfish. Catfish went unreported to the concession last week.
