The Tribute out of Seaforth Landing in San Diego, CA checked in with us today.

Returned this morning from a 1.5 day trip with limits of yellowtail and 14 bluefin for 32 passengers. Bluefin were anywhere from 40-130 lbs. Most of ours were 80-130 lb class. Lots and lots of casualties on this trip due to light tackle or improper setups. These bigger fish are mean and you want to make sure you're using appropriate gear (heavy line/rod and 2 speed reels) no more tranx 500 and bass rod setups when the 100+ lb fish are lurking around please!!!
