The bass continue to bite on soft plastics. Popular baits include fat ikas, wacky rigged senkos, and flukes. Popular spots include the east shore of Lake 1 and the west shore of Lake 3. The catfish have been biting on shrimp. Popular spots include the east shore of Lake 4 and the south shore of Lake 2. The catfish seem to bite more in the late afternoon through the late evening. Lakes 2 through 7 were most recently stocked. Our Trout Season Opener is scheduled to take place on November 6 and 7. Lakes 2, 3, and 4 will be closed to all fishing Friday, November 5 in preparation for our Trout Opener. Starting November 7 the park hours will be 8 AM to 5 PM Monday-Thursday and 6 AM to 5 PM Friday-Sunday.
