Sunday Update:

The Point Loma caught 32 Dorado, 12 Yellowfin Tuna, one Bluefin Tuna, and one Yellowtail on their Full Day trip with 18 anglers.

The Mission Belle caught 20 Dorado and one Yellowfin Tuna on their Full Day charter with 10 anglers. 

The Oceanside 95 called in from the water on a 2.5 day trip with 142 Dorado, 5 Yellowtail, and 1 90 lb Bluefin Tuna for 11 anglers.

The Prime Time called in from the water on a 2 day trip with 60 Dorado US water, 5 Yellowtail, and 5 Yellowfin Tuna, 5 white fish for 6 anglers

The Daily Double caught 34 Calico Bass, 24 Spotted Sand Bass, 14 Rockfish, 12 Sheephead,  and 12 Sculpin, for 25 anglers on their AM 1/2 Day trip.

Recommended tackle for any of these trips would include a 30# live bait rod, 50# bait/jig rod and a heavy outfit with 80# or 100# for sinker rigs / knife jigs.


 
Local trips:

The Daily Double offers ½ day trip departing every day at 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM. They have been fishing in the local kelp beds for bass, Barracuda and Rockfish. Call our office at (619) 223-1627 to book your reservation. (Schedule)
 
The Mission Belle has full day trips scheduled to fish offshore for Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail and Dorado. Trips depart at 6:00 AM. NO PASSPORT required for this trip. (Schedule)





FISH PROCESSING RESERVATIONS 
If you're planning on taking a trip with us this season, we encourage you to set up an appointment with one of the 3 fish processors working with Point Loma Sportfishing. If you do not have an advance reservation, there is a strong chance the processors will be unable to process your fish when you return to the dock.
