The New Lo-An returned this morning from a 3 day trip with LIMITS of Bluefin (30-40 lbs), 121 Dorado and 10 Yellowfin Tuna for their 19 anglers. 

The El Capitan returned from a 1.5 day trip with LIMITS (22) of Bluefin Tuna up to 100 lbs. The El Capitan has a 2.5 day trip departing Thursday 10-5 at 7pm. Price is $905 and includes meals. Fishing license is extra. WILL RUN TRIP and only 8 signed up!

The T-Bird has 3 spots on a 1 Day Overnight trip departing Saturday 9/30. The ticket price is $340 which includes your Mexican fishing permits, California fishing license (if needed) and meals will be extra. WILL RUN TRIP! 





Upcoming trips

The Point Loma added a full day offshore trip for 9/29. Trip price is $240 and includes the Mexican permit. The boat departs at 6 am and returns at 6pm (arrival time could be later). Please arrive at least 1 hour before departure. No passport or passport card needed. (BOOK HERE)

Recommended tackle for any of these trips would include a 30# live bait rod, 50# bait/jig rod and a heavy outfit with 80# or 100# for sinker rigs / knife jigs.


 
Local Trips:

The Daily Double offers ½ day trips departing every day at 8:30 AM. They have been fishing in the local kelp beds for Bass, Barracuda and Rockfish. Call our office at (619) 223-1627 to book your reservation. (Schedule)
 
The Mission Belle has full day trips scheduled to fish offshore for Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail and Dorado. Trips depart at 6:00 AM. NO PASSPORT required for this trip. (Schedule)





FISH PROCESSING RESERVATIONS 
If you're planning on taking a trip with us this season, we encourage you to set up an appointment with one of the 3 fish processors working with Point Loma Sportfishing. If you do not have an advance reservation, there is a strong chance the processors will be unable to process your fish when you return to the dock.
