In honor of Stockzilla this weekend here is a throwback to 2017's Stockzilla! Alex caught a few good ones and even won a prize! For this years Stockzilla we have more taking place than just a lot of fish being stocked. 3,500 lbs. of catfish will be stocked and split between Lakes 2 through 7 and there will be 40 tagged fish in the mix, a fishing derby, as well as a raffle drawing. This is our biggest catfish event of the year, so you definitely don't want to miss out! Your best bet for catching a catfish will be to use some stink bait, mackerel, night crawlers, or shrimp. Our store will be open bright and early at 6:00AM in case you need any fishing gear or bait!

The bass bite is picking back up a notch now that the heatwave has died down. Definitely recommend targeting the early morning or late afternoon windows for the best results. Anglers have been seeing success with senkos, topwater baits, and jigs.
