GREETINGS FROM LAKE CUYAMACA

Our hours have changed. In December and January the lake has waterfowl hunting every Wednesday, all day and Sunday morning. That means we are closed all day on Wednesdays and do not open for fishing on Sundays until 10:00 am. The tackle shop opens at 8 am weekdays and 6:00am on Saturday.

On Sunday 1 Mallard was taken and on Wednesday 2 Gadwalls and 1 Ruddy were taken. There are still some slots available. The price is $75.00 for a one day hunt. If you are interested, please call the District office at 619-447-8123. Ask for Georgia.

The weather has been beautiful all week and is getting warmer each day. The trout are biting all over the lake.
