Lake Conditions Surface temperature is 55.5 and 55.0 @ 20ft.
Water Clarity Water visibility is at about 2' to 3'
** IMPORTANT NOTE** There are currently no state fishing licenses available in the Lake Morena area so be sure you acquire one before you arrive. The State Licenses is required.
Trout Just a short week more or less until the stockings begin.
Bass Not much new. No Bass reported this week
Catfish The catfish were found this week west of cabin cove. The bait of choice was shrimp or mackerel or night crawlers
Blue Gill Geezer Cove was the spot for the gills but other rocky areas were also working as well. Try small hooks and meal worms.
Crappie The crappie bite has slowed up once again.
Carp These fish are saving themselves for another time.
