Trout Over the past week only one rainbow showed up. Surprise!

Bass The Large-Mouth are continuing to be found throughout the lake. Plenty of 1 and 2 pounders were reported; all but a few were caught and released. Larger bass are on the move as 4 to 8 pounders are being reported. Brian Scott is keeping up his torrid pace notching another 11 more this week. Early risers can take advantage of the calm water to see the Silversides boil as the bass lurch for them. Get your silver plastics and dance them on the top.

Catfish The Catfish have continued to please anglers with many limits reported. Nightcrawlers are the best bet, and then comes Chicken Livers as the second best bait. One of the better spots was near the boulders at Cabin cove but other spots such as Horseshoe cove and Pumphouse cove did just as well. The Sell clan, El Cajon, was here this week. Victor, Martha and Victor junior totaled 8 whiskers with Martha winning the pool with a 4lb 10ozer. They also managed to collect and release 6 Bass. They were floating Nightcrawlers in Cabin cove.

Blugeill No "gills" reported this week

Crappie The Crappie have been no shows.

Carp These fish are mouthing the surface parading around the boat dock. They are beginning to bite in the North end.
