Capt. Frank checked in this morning from the bridge of the Ranger 85 with this report. "Our 1st kelp here this morning has yield better than 50 mixed Yellowfin & Bluefin tuna and over 50 Yellowtail. We're in easy 1.5 day range only 90 miles south of San Diego.
