Yesterday, the tuna were playing hide-and-seek, but today they're back on the menu! We're enjoying some nice fish coming over the rail.

Good fishing on both Wahoo and beautiful grade Yellowfin. The grade of this Yellowfin is absolutely impressive with most of them being 120-160#s.

The morning started off with Dean catching his second COW of the trip. Way to go Dean! Team Hoo spent the afternoon smashing the wahoo. A great day to be on the BIG X!

1/12/2025 – Southern Cal 13 anglers caught 65 Sculpin, 9 Sanddab, and 5 Whitefish on the 1/2 day AM trip. 1/11/2025 – Pronto 5 anglers caught 20 Whitefish, 15 Sculpin, and 8 Sanddab on the 3/4 day trip. 1/11/2025 – Southern Cal 18 anglers caught

The Tribute returned this morning from their first trip of 2025 and first trip down the Baja coast with limits of rockfish for their 26 anglers. Their final count was 130 Vermilion rockfish, 70 assorted rockfish, 35 Lingcod and 25
