There was another bass tournament this week and it looks like most of the teams caught limits. Bass fishing has been pretty good. Limits of crappie are still coming in, the best catches seem to be coming in Harvey’s Arm. Blue channels are biting near the buoy line and have been showing up in Bushlow Cove.

Bass fishing has been getting pretty good, some of the guys feel like the bass fishing is about to turn on. Some bass seem to be moving up closer to shore. Drop shot rigs seem to produce the most. Crappie fishing is very good with a few limits showing up. Belt channels are biting near the buoy line and have been shown up in Bushlow Cove. Crappie are the fish to catch. We had people coming from Los Angles to get in on the fun; that’s how good it is. we also started seeing some nice cats come in weighing in at the 20 pound range.
