We had one day of rain that came out of the blue and that was the best day of the week. Shiners were working on some bigger bass. Morning dawn robots were also reported working well. Catfish were also reported lurking at the bottom on stink bait and mackerel trout were biting as well off the points at the mouths of the coves.

The bass have seemed to move into the shallows
Murray ReservoirFishing is still fairly slow here at Lake Murray but there are multiple anglers that are catching anywhere from 7-10 fish daily. The bass have seemed to move into the shallows where as before they were down about 45 feet. Most fo the anglers that are going well have moved to fishing the tulles/reeds with drop shot rigs and senkos. Trout fishing has been above average
Murray ReservoirIt’s cold out so dress accordingly. The bass bite has definite slowed down but there has been reports of action near the tullies. Try drop shot and senko combo. Trout fishing has been above average of late especially with the recent platen. Powerbait orange color has been reported to be working, salmon eggs and live worm working as well catfish have been showing up with shrimp and mackerel working best.
