The weather was warm out here this week. The bass were spotted in close. Texas rigs with senkos reported doing well on the area near the entrance to the lake. The crappie bite has started out here. Grab live shiners from the bait shop with your crappie rigs. Trout are definite biting as well. A few catfish were reeled in as well.

The bass have seemed to move into the shallows
Murray ReservoirFishing is still fairly slow here at Lake Murray but there are multiple anglers that are catching anywhere from 7-10 fish daily. The bass have seemed to move into the shallows where as before they were down about 45 feet. Most fo the anglers that are going well have moved to fishing the tulles/reeds with drop shot rigs and senkos.
